Our next open workshop is to be held on Saturday 11th August 2018 at Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House, Birmingham, from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

Few of us are naturally equipped to tackle such challenges, although we find ourselves in uncomfortable situations in our personal and professional lives.
The good news is that we can all learn the skills needed to improve the outcome of a difficult conversation.
We deliver workshops to help you and your organisation handle difficult conversations in a better way.
Our workshops are designed to be flexible so that you get out of the day what is important to you and work in the ways that suit your learning style.
